（中央社記者姜遠珍首爾25日專電）南北韓高階層對話在雙方挑燈長談通宵達旦43個小時下，終於在今天凌晨0時55分就紓緩軍事緊張對峙狀態達成共識。
北韓對非軍事區地雷炸傷南韓官兵表示遺憾，並保證解除「準戰時狀態」；南韓則在不再發生類似不正常事態的前提下，決定中止對北韓擴音心戰喊話。
南北韓同意儘早在首爾或平壤舉行政府間務實會談，並推動多元領域的南北韓民間交流活動。
南北韓雙方還同意交換南北韓離散家屬名單，以便於中秋節推動分隔於南北韓兩地的離散家屬重逢團圓活動。
南韓「聯合新聞通訊社」指出，由南韓青瓦台國家安保室室長金寬鎮和北韓人民軍總政治局長黃炳誓分別擔任首席代表、南韓統一部長官洪容杓和北韓勞動黨中央書記兼統一戰線部部長金養建陪同出席的此次板門店南北韓高階層級對話，經過2夜3天長達43個小時的馬拉松式談判，終於為化解朝鮮半島軍事緊張局面而達成了共識。
南韓總統朴槿惠24日在青瓦台主持首席秘書官會議，就正在進行的南北韓高階層對話表示，本次對話的重點就是北韓就挑釁行為向南韓道歉，並承諾不再發起挑釁。她強調，若北韓不明確道歉，南韓將採取相應措施，繼續實施對北韓擴音心戰喊話。
朴槿惠的這項發言，可說為南北韓高階層對話劃出了一個可兩全其美的底線。1040825
